Delicious pastries, let your eyes wander. Grab a tray and tongs and pick out what you would like. Prices are not marked; however, items were inexpensive. The Chino was my favorite. drop your choices with the packing ladies and they will provide a ticket to pay at the cashier while they wrap up your choices to go. They can get frustrated if you don’t know the process. Either way, a little frustration is definitely worth the yummy treats you get in the end. Would definitely return.

The smell alone is heavenly! Everything looked so yummy. The pastries we purchased were delicious! It's crowed and a little chaotic but everyone is in there getting their sugar fix. Definitely would return!!

Saw folks leaving with cookie boxes, so we had to check it out! Big bakery, kinda got lost inside. We strolled, grabbed what we wanted, paid, and just pointed to our cookie picks. A bit of a line, but it's clear everyone's a fan. 🍪👍

My gosh, this place is amazing. There was a wait so I got an ice latte and their guava pastry first. The guava pastry’s flakiness is on another level. So good. Then, we got 4 different sandwiches, more pastries, juices, and coffees. Everything was delicious. They bake all the breads and pastries in house, and I definitely taste the freshness in them. To top it off, a guy started to play cello outside of the restaurant. It was a perfect atmosphere all around.

Best croissant of my life. Best baguette sando I’ve ever had - I got the turkey pesto cheese. Just a divine culinary experience. Also it’s mini Europe atmosphere. Guava croissant thing was a bit too sweet for me.

Great cafe to sit and relax, or pick your fix and head to the nearby park! Apple pastries were very interesting, kinda of a cute version of an apple pie with caramelized sugar on top! Very nice people, most spoke some English! Cleanness: very clean Service: good Food: good Price: fair Seating: indoor and outdoor, some high chairs Vibe: positive Noise: street noise

It's been a staple of the city since 1939 Go ahead and buy more than you want, otherwise you will regret it. Everything is delicious, my personal favorite is the concha with the fresh whipped cream

One of the things I was looking forward to in CDMX was Pastelería Madrid. Top notch from every aspect. We ate breakfast here AMAZING, we had dinner here AMAZING. Nothing was bad about this establishment. The best 5 star review I have ever given. I brought about 18 manzapons back home to the states! They have peanut, walnut and amaretto. The enchiladas are amazing and the chilaquilles are great too!

The pastries were fresh and delicious. The prices were very good. Only downside was they did not have all the beverages posted. My son doesn’t drink coffee so he did not drink anything thing.

If you're looking for a great bakery south of CDMX, El Bollo Is one of the best options. Not only their pan dulce is great, also their cakes are one-of-a-kind and delicious.

Few bakeries like this, great biscuits and traditional sweet bread plus awesome cakes, like in this time the Carrot cake.

Chain restaurant/bar. Efficient and friendly service. A bit pricey.

This a chain restaurant that has high quality traditional Mexican food. They have a daily menu where dishes are different according to the day of the week. They also have a fix menu. I don't give all stars because chairs didn't look so new. It is a good plaxe for talking.

Nice small bakery with many dessert options. All of which I have tried are delicious. Service can be slow, but it is caught up by the taste and wide range of dessert options.

The desserts are good but did not like their credit card charging practices. Everywhere I've charged with my american visa credit card it has been processed as pesos and visa has provided a decent conversion rate. Today we noticed that Tulipanes processed the charge in dollars while giving a bad conversion rate and adding 5% for doing so.

This little bakery is a gem. I specially love those quiches and cakes. Artisan breads is a specialty of them. There is no sitting area though, it’s more of a grab-and-go type of place. Order in advanced to avoid long lines

Excellent panaderia, the smell from the store will make you stop and enter this delicious place, the attendants are working at a very fast pace but they will make time to explain things and recommend things that you might like. Great place

Fresh bread, variety, and their cakes are top-notch! (Specially the blackberry one!) Everything is deliciously made and there's even handmade food you can buy! Every piece of bread is always worth a try! Just remember to wear your mask before entering and to sanitise your hands and you're all good to go!

A small charming bakery with amazing treats available. Expect crowds in this small space. Grab a tray and tongs and pick your favorites. Wait in line to have them package your treats and pay for them. Everything looked tasty and our two choices were very good. Mine was a custard type cream horn that was very light and flakey with a cream custard in the center. Not too sweet. The chocolate treat was light and flavorful with banana. We'll definitely be back. That focaccia was calling our name. 4.5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have visited Ballaro consistently over the past couple month and have enjoyed the wide variety of baked goods. Nice and convenient to simply take a tray, choose the items you want, and pay at the counter. Also, a nice range of coffee based beverages to choose from. I always use the outdoor seating to relax and enjoy.

Visually the bread well distributed. Extremely slow cashier. Taste of the bread overrated (even bad for me). Coffee… same as daily coffee in a Starbucks location.

Amazing place to eat. The aroma gets you even walking by. Must try the Bisquets con mermelada y mantequilla!

It is the oldest bakery in Mexico City from 1870. This place also had rotisserie chicken being cooked on the spot as well. It offered several types of bread along with desserts (not big cakes and pies though, but there was a selection of one-person sized desserts). I had the salseado rollo with creamy filling with strawberry bits inside, it was delicious.

This place offers an incredibly large choice of pastry, cakes and other sweets that would make your mouth water. There are a lot of free seats upstairs, clean toilets, and sinks to wash your hands.
